If you don’t have access to cards, make your own notes or use different colored pens. The team is then presented with a list of tasks or projects that need to be completed within a specified time frame.
Each team member takes turns to play a card representing the priority level they think each task should have. The team then discusses and justifies their choices, leading to a collaborative decision on the priority order of tasks. This game promotes communication, critical thinking, and teamwork as team members have to consider each other’s perspectives and come to a consensus on the most important tasks.
